Anyone at any age at any time can have any one of these eye issues. It's not just older men and women. Young women and college kids who stay up late at night studying (or partying) or who have allergies oftentimes battle with eye puffiness and/or dark circles. However for me, it's just plain old aging. Nothing screams I'm getting older like a pair of tired, wrinkled, and drooping set of eyes. Conversely, nothing screams youth and good health and well being like a set of rested, bright eyes. Therefore my quest is to find the absolute best products that address these eye issues. I'm excited. I will not post this article until I've tried most if not all of the products I research on my own eyes.
