Donell Super Skin K Derm for Bruises!
After two moves in less than a month my muscles are sore and I’m bruised from head to toe. Yes, unfortunately I moved a second time in a month after a visit from the gas company along with a contractor who told me the apartment was “dangerous.”
Anyway, I looked like I’d been in an accident. The ugliest, purplish bruises were cropping up everywhere, but mostly all over my legs. It’s been warm here in So Cal but I wouldn’t have worn shorts last month for all the tea in China!
Along with popping ibuprofen (which was probably the worst thing to do in terms of bruising but I so wanted pain relief), arnica and applying mentholated patches to my back, I also wanted to eliminate the ugly bruises. I was hoping the arnica (only use as directed) would help but I also wanted to apply something to them topically as well. I remembered my vitamin K rule (the best ingredient, in my opinion, in topicals for broken capillaries and bruises) so I searched through my packing boxes to find my assortment of vitamin K products. I had been using them on my spider veins just recently, so I basically knew which boxes to look in.
I found the very best thing I could have ever hoped for. Donell Super Skin K Derm Cream. I’ve probably written about it in the past because I remember how well it worked when I was a nurse in a cosmetic surgery center. Sure enough it had my legs in shape in no time. Even the darkest bruise on the inside of my elbow was gone shortly after I applied it.
If you ever get a bruise (or 2 or 3 or 4) that's not serious enough for a trip to the doctor…remember Donell!
