This Sunday (the day after the Fourth of July) I was laying in bed with the worst headache and felt just awful. I even looked worse than I felt! To be honest, it was overindulgence of food and drink (well more accurately just the drink part). And to make it even worse it was a mixture of red wine with a liqueur type drink and I was drinking that headache inducing drink all day long out in the hot sun at the beach. To add to that mistake I drank very little water.
