I rarely write about good deals from different websites and retail stores even though I definitely love a bargain and would love for you guys to get a great value as well. But usually instead I opt for writing about how products work, how effective they are, how they’re packaged and what others are saying about them. Basically I feel my job is to educate and inform about skincare and cosmetics as opposed to finding great deals.

But the deal I recently stumbled upon was just way too good to not tell you all about it. I jumped on it and you may want to as well.

I’m sure most of you are familiar with StriVectinSD the stretch mark cream that turned into about the biggest anti-aging cream phenomenon over this first decade of this new century if not the whole millennium!

For those of you who are not familiar with it…here’s a little synopsis. StriVectinSD was formulated to help with repairing stretch marks but was found to work wonders on the face, neck and décolleté as well but for anti-aging issues.

It works incredibly well as a moisturizer along with erasing fine lines and wrinkles, brown spots, scarring, firming and smoothing skin texture. Additionally, it comes in a six ounce tube so it lasts a really long time. Some complain about the $135 price tag but those of us who know the product well know that it is a great value in the long run. It works and it lasts a very long time…Nuff said!

Since StriVectinSD sold like hot cakes the company who makes it decided (actually they were probably begged) to make other incredible skin care products for anti-aging. They answered our prayers and hit it spot on most every time! Two favorites among those of us who follow their every move like groupies to a rock band are StriVectin Eye Cream (same great formulation as original but without aromatic oils such as peppermint and designed to be more gentle for the delicate eye area) and StriVectinWF Instant Deep Wrinkle Filler (instant gratification!). I’ve used all three of these products many times over the last few years but I’ve never purchased them as a kit or set. Perhaps there was no kit or I just reordered without ever thinking about searching for a specific kit. Not sure…but what I am sure of is I certainly found one now!

SkinStore.com’s killer deal “StriVectinSD Anti-Aging Set” (which includes the three products mentioned) made me think of that IKEA commercial where the lady gets such a great deal she thinks that they made a mistake and jumps in the car screaming “go…get out of here”…or something along those lines. That is so funny to me because I’ve felt the exact same way before when I’ve gotten a really good deal!
