The other day I saw a famous dermatologist on TV talking about his skin care line. I only caught a bit of it so unfortunately I can’t remember his name (or everything he said), but I do remember a couple of things he said that so resonated and paralleled my whole philosophy in terms of the most important steps in a proper and effective skin care regimen. I was thinking…man is he ever en pointe!

The first point I heard him make was his first and foremost beauty tip (well besides not smoking cigarettes…but that’s just a given) which is exactly how I’ve lived my life since I was 18 years old. But as far as what saved me from other pollutants was my faithful commitment to removing my makeup and cleansing my skin before bed.
