Injectable fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane and Radiesse are medical office procedures which are used to plump up deep facial lines, folds and creases creating a fuller much more youthful skin and face. The former two are made up of hyaluronic acid whereas Radiesse is formulated with hydroxylapatite microspheres. Radiesse is said to be a better choice for those needing more augmentation of volume such as in the cheeks (creating an appearance of higher cheekbones and for filling in the hollowness that often happens with aging.

Injectable fillers are medical in-office procedures which are desirable by many because of the quick treatment time and because of the results being visible virtually immediately. However the injections are reported to be anywhere from slightly uncomfortable to quite painful (however the treated areas can be numbed via a variety of ways, if preferred). I tend to lean towards products (as opposed to injections) for achieving plumper less lined skin. In addition to the fact that I’d rather use products as opposed to injectables; I’ve also noticed that when I have had them and used certain products I’ve maintained the results much longer than what is usually expected.

The use of these three products along with a simple daily regimen will keep you from ever even considering expensive, painful injections again. They are simply amazing.
