And even more impressive is how through all that experience they’ve recognized that by using their Vichy Thermal Spa Water within most of their products is the revolving and unique piece that makes their products exceptional. My two very favorite products (which many agree) are their Vichy Reti-C SPF 15 which is an amazing and gentle lightweight sunscreen which also offers anti-aging retinol and vitamin C. Secondly, I’m crazy for Vichy Aqualia Thermal Cream which is another lightweight and non-greasy cream that thoroughly and completely hydrates the skin. And of course yet…another one of Vichy's many 5-Star Rated products.
They say Laura Geller (the famed makeup artist and cosmetic manufacturer) knows what works, what doesn’t work and what absolutely wows…and I think they’re right. Laura Geller has two products in particular that truly promote the wow factor in a very big way.
Recently I ordered Laura Geller Baked Body Frosting Honey Glow and Laura Geller Sugar Free Blush Brighten Boysenberry and the two products are so amazing it makes me want to get up early in the morning just to take my shower, put on a cute outfit and apply these two brilliant cosmetics.
There are many ‘dust-on’ bronzing products and bronzers on the market these days, but none of them give that extra highlighting boost that true sunshine does, except for the two aforementioned cosmetics from Laura Geller.
One morning I was feeling particularly tired so I knew I needed something other than liquid foundation because oftentimes liquid foundation just accentuates my fine lines and eye bags that I seem to have after a late night and/or a night of poor sleep. I’m not sure if the body frosting bronzer is intended for the face, but I used it there and down my neck and décolleté and it looked absolutely gorgeous. Laura Geller’s cosmetics provide the most amazing highlights to the skin without looking shimmery or fake. Just bright and vivacious.

My daughter and I recently decided to do a complete Spring (albeit Fall) cleaning because we could no longer take another minute of living in a messy, unorganized houseful of things we certainly did not need. We went to The Container Store and bought dozens of organizational shelves, drawers, and other miscellaneous storage containers. But when we got back from the store we realized we couldn’t bring in all of our new items without discarding many of our old household items. And as it turned out, most of the things we did not need (nor use) were skin care and beauty products that took up most all of our space. So as difficult as it was…we filled up trash bag after trash bag of half-used, taking-up tons of space and most likely ineffective (and possibly expired) beauty products. Typically I don’t fall for beauty products that are advertised on television because history has shown me that the best of the best are found through my professional conferences and correspondence. However, my daughter still does! After seeing a TV commercial about a specific Maybelline Eye Liner she informed me that she’s “never wanted any makeup so bad in her life!” I’m like okay Ms. Drama I’ll pick up or order one for you ASAP! And of course I did because the princess of the World felt it was absolutely mandatory to have one. Well, much to my dismay of allowing her to be bought and sold by a National advertisement…I have to say she was right on point. I couldn’t believe how gorgeous and professionally applied her eyes looked. And when she told me how easy it was to use I had to get one for myself. I’m not much of an eye liner user myself, but when I do, I certainly want it to look great…and that’s not a very easy task to pull off with my shaky and nervous hands. But this brilliant and easy to use Maybelline Eye Liner from Walgreens.com was such a breeze to apply that my application looked flawless and my eyes completely had that professional, striking and youthful look that I had not witnessed since a famous makeup artist applied my makeup for a wedding I had been in last October.

It provides a “skip-proof” glide that creates the most gorgeous and dramatic eyes I’ve ever seen. The colors are amazing and vibrant but can create a subtle to very dramatic looking eye. It sure seems that since my grandmother’s generation (other than that period of the 1970’s Mike Brady's permanent waved hair) most everyone has desired smoother frizz-free hair.
