Becoming engaged is not only a time to celebrate one of life’s happiest times, but it’s also an ideal time to buy a whole lot of magazines! There’s nothing more fun than starting your new life’s journey off than by hitting your nearest Walgreen’s and filling up your cart with every new edition of every bridal magazine right off that hot magazine rack! Sadly, my girlfriend Susie and I do it even when we’re not engaged. I tell myself it’s because I’m doing research for my readers while she on the other hand has no such valid justification. Truth be known…I’d probably do it even if I didn’t have such a valid reason. Let’s face it…It really is fun to daydream once in a while. So in my opinion, it’s some good “me-time,” that we can all certainly use every now and then.  It’s a great time to draw a nice bath and fill it with luxurious and aromatic bath salts and oils…And take a nice long soak while you’re soaking up all the latest bridal must-haves and get lost in dreamy dresses, gorgeous flowers, beautiful cakes and invites, and best of all…the latest new cosmetics that the best beauty brands have to offer.
