I’ve stated many times I could easily live without foundation, eye shadow, eye liner, concealer and many other cosmetics…However, I will never be without three of my critical makeup staples. Lipstick, mascara and blush are my absolute must-have makeup items. I mean don’t get me wrong; I don’t want to or ever intend on living without them, but I could if I were ever forced to do so. But if I had to choose only three cosmetics, they would certainly be lipstick, mascara and blush…and in that order respectively!

Blush brings out a wonderful look of health. Picture a bare face with no blusher and then a face with the splash of color that blush provides. The former looks dull and non-thriving; whereas the latter appears vibrant and alive.

Over the years blushes and blushers (aka rouge in years past) have become much easier to use due to many cosmetic companies finding many ways to package them with a focus on easy-to-use application apparatus.’

Additionally, cosmetic companies have started using minerals and other ingredients which are not only great colors and shades, but also are good for your skin. So long are the days of cosmetics being comedogenic and bad for your skin.
