Out of Relastin? Alternatives for Eye Silk and Ultra Emollient
I’ve been trying like heck to find a particular Relastin Skin Care product called Relastin Ultra Emollient because I used to think it was the perfect hydrating product for my dry and aging skin. However, every site I’ve searched says their products “are no longer available.” This Relastin product was a great multi-tasking moisturizer with properties to promote ageless beauty, so I felt I just had to find it. However, once I finally came to the realization that it’s no longer available…or out of stock I decided to search for something else and boy did I ever hit pay dirt! They say that sometimes unanswered prayers are the best kind of blessings and that for every disappointment one can turn it into a wonderful opportunity and I have to sing the praises of those types of phrases and have to agree that that is indeed very wise food for thought.
So as I said I searched high and low for some superior alternatives for not only my favorite Relastin product that I mentioned above, but also for another Relastin product I’ve also used in the past. Take a look below at what I’ve found and you’ll see that this turned out to be quite an awesome blessing in disguise!
Instead of my revered Relastin Ultra Emollient that costs $99 I found what I consider an even better uber hydrating, luxurious multi-tasking moisturizer that is highly rated and costs only $48! I can’t even begin to tell you how in love I am with Philosophy When Hope Is Not Enough Replenishing Cream. It’s a mega moisturizer for my dry and hormonal skin and its potent ingredient rich formulation is fabulous for promoting beautiful antiaging benefits and also provides superb protection with its newer antioxidant infused technology.
And the perfect alternative to the Relastin eye product known as Relastin Eye Silk is without a doubt Dermalogica Intensive Eye Repair. This superior dermalogica eye cream is only 49 dollars whereas the Relastin product was $69 and the dermalogica product boasts five star ratings whereas the Relastin eye product averaged around 3.5 stars. Dermalogica Intensive Eye Repair is highly absorbable and restores the delicate skin of the eyes back to a silky, smooth younger looking appearance. It also contains comforting cucumber and other nutritious and highly effective ingredients.
So my (beauty) thought for the day is…It turns out discontinued or very hard to find products aren’t always a bad thing after all!
