I like to exfoliate while I cleanse but the skin on my chest is too sensitive for loofah sponges and even some of the plastic mesh sponges out there. Does anyone have a favorite body exfoliating product they can recommend?

Try using a gentle product such as SkinMedica Skin Polisher. It gently exfoliates using ultra-fine jojoba spheres.
